Dear friends, my beloved toothless feline companion, Vidura, has been battling an infection these last days and we need a bit of help. In his 19 years on this earth he has fought off many deceases and earned great strength. Notorious for his (truly) peculiar voice, his talkative nature, and his relentless demands for attention, he has won the hearts and arms of countless humans (often at the expense of our sleep). Growling, gurgling, snoring, purring away like a demented frog, he has always been interested in one thing only: the warmth of our embraces.

Today, Vidura is traversing a difficult time punctuated by many veterinary visits. I feel confident that this isn’t the last we have heard of him, but the financial toll is untimely for me. Therefor, I have put together an album with recordings of Vidura’s unique vocalizations and grunts. This album acts as a fundraiser for his healing as well as a window into his bizarre acoustic world.

If this little feline demon has ever traced a smile on your face, made you feel happy, brought you quietude with his hugs, or amazed you with his eccentric gurgles, now would be a lovely time to show your love and support <3

Vidura and I thank you from the tip of our whiskers to the bottom of our hearts ~

P.S.: What makes this critter's voice and breathing so remarkable? Well I'm not entirely sure. Perhaps a twist of fate in response to my love for amphibians? Or more likely the aftermath of a coronavirus strand that he caught back in 2004 (yes, he's a forerunner). Regardless, Vidura speaks his mind!
